Content and Acceptable Use Policy

This Content and Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs prompts, uploads, generations, downloads, sharing, automation, and all other use of Try OC Maker. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Use the Service Lawfully and Responsibly

You may use the Service for lawful personal, creative, educational, and commercial projects when you have the rights and permissions required for your inputs and intended use.

Context matters. Content that may be acceptable in a clearly fictional, documentary, educational, artistic, or safety context may be prohibited when it exploits, deceives, targets, or creates a material risk of harm to a person.

2. Child Safety

You must not create, upload, request, possess, share, or facilitate:

  • child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, or endangers a minor;
  • nude, sexually suggestive, fetishized, or intimate depictions of a minor;
  • content that presents an ambiguously aged person as sexualized or asks the Service to make a person appear younger for a sexual purpose;
  • sexual roleplay, relationships, or scenarios involving minors; or
  • instructions, communities, or transactions that enable child exploitation.

This prohibition applies to real, fictional, illustrated, anime-style, computer-generated, and AI-generated content. We may preserve and report apparent child exploitation material when required or permitted by law.

3. Explicit Sexual Content and Non-Consensual Intimate Content

You must not use the Service to create pornography, explicit sexual acts, exposed genitalia presented for sexual purposes, or explicit nudity.

Non-explicit romance, swimwear, fashion, and appropriate artistic or classical non-explicit depictions may be allowed when they do not involve minors, coercion, exploitation, or an identifiable person without valid consent.

You must not create or distribute:

  • non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • sexual deepfakes or sexualized depictions of an identifiable person;
  • voyeuristic, exploitative, coercive, trafficking, or sexual-violence content; or
  • content that offers, advertises, or facilitates illegal sexual services.

4. Real People, Identity, and Privacy

Do not use another person's face, body, voice, identity, private information, or likeness without the legal right and valid consent.

You must not create fake endorsements, fraudulent identities, defamatory depictions, humiliating edits, false evidence, intimate content, or misleading media that could reasonably cause reputational, financial, physical, or emotional harm.

Benign transformations involving an identifiable person still require appropriate permission.

5. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You must not create content that:

  • attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination against people based on a protected characteristic;
  • praises or promotes hate groups or hateful ideology;
  • threatens, bullies, stalks, doxxes, or harasses a person;
  • celebrates or encourages abuse, exploitation, or humiliation; or
  • targets a vulnerable person with cruel or degrading content.

6. Violence, Self-Harm, and Extremism

You must not generate or distribute content that glorifies graphic gore, torture, extreme violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or real-world violent actors in a promotional or recruiting context.

You must not encourage, instruct, or pressure a person to self-harm, commit suicide, develop an eating disorder, or engage in dangerous behavior.

Clearly fictional, historical, newsworthy, educational, or prevention-oriented material may be reviewed in context but must not become operational assistance or targeted harm.

7. Fraud, Deception, and Harmful Misinformation

You must not use the Service for scams, phishing, fraud, extortion, fake reviews, fake credentials, counterfeit documents, manipulated evidence, deceptive fundraising, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

Do not present AI-generated or manipulated content as authentic when doing so could deceive people about a material fact or cause real-world harm. You must make disclosures required by law and must not remove or conceal an AI-origin label, watermark, provenance record, or content credential applied by the Service or a provider.

Political, civic, or public-interest content must not impersonate candidates, suppress participation, provide knowingly false voting information, or use deceptive synthetic media in violation of law.

8. Illegal and Dangerous Activity

You must not use the Service to plan, facilitate, promote, or conceal illegal activity, including trafficking, exploitation, unlawful weapons activity, dangerous drug production, evasion of law enforcement, or instructions designed to cause serious harm.

Creative depictions of regulated or dangerous subjects may be allowed when they do not provide actionable assistance, target a person, or violate law.

9. Intellectual Property and Other Rights

You must not knowingly upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

Fan art, parody, commentary, and transformative works may be lawful in some circumstances, but you are responsible for determining whether your use is permitted. Do not imply sponsorship or sell content using protected characters, brands, or artwork unless you have the necessary rights.

10. Platform and Technical Abuse

You must not:

  • distribute malware, phishing material, spam, or malicious code;
  • scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service;
  • use unauthorized bots, scripts, account farms, or automated bulk access;
  • bypass filters, rate limits, credit requirements, payment systems, or access controls;
  • sell, rent, transfer, or share account access;
  • conceal the source of abusive traffic or evade enforcement; or
  • use outputs to attack, benchmark for circumvention, or compromise another system.

11. Professional and High-Impact Uses

Do not represent Generated Content as verified identity, authentic evidence, or professional advice.

You must not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal status, policing, migration, access to essential services, or another matter that materially affects a person's rights or opportunities.

12. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may use automated systems and authorized human review to detect abuse, investigate reports, and enforce this AUP.

Depending on severity, context, history, and legal obligations, we may:

  • block a prompt, upload, generation, or download;
  • remove or restrict content;
  • warn the user or limit features;
  • suspend or terminate an account;
  • preserve relevant records;
  • restrict credits or transactions affected by fraud or abuse; or
  • report conduct or content when required or permitted by law.

We may act immediately where there is an urgent safety, legal, or security risk.

13. Reporting and Appeals

Report suspected violations to [email protected] with the relevant URL, account, asset, description, and supporting information.

If you believe enforcement was mistaken, you may appeal to the same address. Include your account email, the affected content or action, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We may decline repetitive, abusive, or legally prohibited requests.

Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

14. Changes

We may update this AUP as risks, technology, law, and the Service change. Material updates apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where required.
